All images appearing in the Home Listing Photography website, unless noted otherwise, are the exclusive property of Tomasz Adach (“The Photographer“) and/or homelistingphotography.com and are protected under American and international copyright laws and statutes.
The images may not be reproduced, copied, transmitted or manipulated without the written permission of The Photographer. These copyright laws impose substantial penalties for infringement, and violators will be prosecuted to the full extent of the law.
We license the use of the images to the listing agent of the property at the time the photo is taken. The license of use is extended to the agent for the amount of time that the property is for sale.
Photographs taken by The Photographer are not to be used for any purpose other than the marketing of the property listing. Agents must obtain permission from The Photographer to use the image for any other medium (marketing of agent’s services, calendars, etc). Photographs taken for an agent cannot be passed on to another agent should the seller wish to change real estate agents unless the contracting vendor was the seller. If the home owner pays us for the licenses, then they can transfer the images to different agents for the purpose of marketing their home. The new listing agent will need to contact The Photographer. We do not allow photos from a shoot commissioned by one agent to be used by another agent.
The Photographer requires that the new listing agent purchase one of our packages, and we will do the property again.
We are extremely flexible with how our customers use our images. We want to work with you to meet your needs. All we ask is that you discuss any transfer of media with us before doing so. Generally, we will be happy to license use of our images for other purposes for a small fee.

We use Dropbox (www.dropbox.com) for files transfer.
Dropbox is a free application. If you don’t have an account with them, don’t worry – you don’t need it, though I highly recommend to set up one. It’s very straightforward process and it takes literally no more than a minute.
When images are processed and ready to publish on MLS we send an email to the client to join a shared folder, which we create for the photographed property. The agent can join it by accepting the invitation on the Dropbox.
Here is how:
- Sign in to the Dropbox website (if you haven’t already). .
- Click on Sharing in the sidebar on the left.
- Click on the new shared folder invitation link at the top of the page.
- In the pop-up window, click on the Accept button next to the shared folder you want to join.

We enforce policies regarding no show and same day cancellation appointments to ensure efficient service for all our clients . Please understand, when an appointment is cancelled without adequate notice we are not available for other clients who need our service. In order to avoid a fee we require at lease 24 hours notice for all appointment changes or cancellations. We have voicemail available 24 hours a day on which you may leave your appointment cancellation notice.
No-show – $100 fee
Same day cancellation – $75 fee
We cover eastern part of Massachusetts including Cape Cod and Islands, northern Rhode Island and southern part of New Hampshire.

Our standard photo session takes about one hour. You can expect up to 30 pictures – fully edited and ready to be uploaded to MLS. Another set of pictures in a higher resolution will be ready at the same time. If you order extra pictures (over 30 – fee applies) we may need an additional 30 minutes.
Please book as early as possible, especially during the months of March-October. We may be able to accommodate your request for the same day appointment depending on our schedule. We really appreciate 24 to 48 hours advance notice to plan our schedule.
The pictures are ready next morning by 10 am.
Our photo galleries are fully responsive. It means that the design adapts to different browser sizes – on smartphone (Apple & Android), iPod and iPad.
We accept Visa, Master Card, Discover, PayPal, Venmo, Zelle, cash and checks.
All payments are due at the time of the photo session.
